Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Indian female student with annual family income ≤ ₹8,00,000
- Currently enrolled in the first year of a STEM undergraduate degree; second year of B.Arch or integrated/dual degree also eligible
- Institution must be accredited by NIRF (e.g. IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.)
- Must have completed Class 12; academic excellence considered in selection
- Applicants from government colleges not listed in NIRF may also qualify in certain cases

Application Process
- Visit official website and access the Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship Program 2025–26 page
- Register or log in, then click “Apply Now” to start the online application form
- Complete details and upload documents: Class 12 marksheet, proof of current admission (fee receipt, identity card), government-issued ID, family income proof, prior exam scorecard (JEE/CET/NEET etc.), passport-size photo, expense receipts (if available)
- Submit the application before the deadline: September 15, 2025
- Selection process includes financial and academic screening, document verification, and a possible telephonic interview
- Final awardees will receive confirmation and instructions for fund disbursal through the partner platform on behalf of Infosys Foundation.
