Program Overview!

Curious about pursuing a fully funded master’s degree in the heart of Europe? The Czech Government Scholarships offer three standout advantages: full funding for tuition, living expenses, and language prep, support from a national foreign aid program, and eligibility for students from select developing countries. Ideal if you’re seeking high-quality European education, cultural immersion, and a scholarship backed by the Czech national government.

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Health, administers the Czech Government Scholarships under its foreign development cooperation framework. Since the 1950s, this long-standing program has supported students from developing countries to study at Czech public universities. It aims to foster educational development, international cooperation, and cultural ties through fully funded degrees.

This scholarship enables eligible applicants to enroll in Czech‑language Bachelor’s (3–4 years for Georgia) or follow‑up Master’s program (2 years for others), plus a one‑year Czech language preparatory course if needed. There are also select English‑taught Master’s or doctoral programmes in specific fields. The scheme is tailored for students from specified developing countries who wish to pursue full-time study at public higher education institutions in Czechia.

It’s unique for combining language prep, academic training, and full financial support under a government initiative.
