πŸš€ About Fellowship:

The YSEALI Professional Fellows Program 2024 is a great opportunity for young leaders from Southeast Asia. This program is part of the larger Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI), which was started by the U.S. government to help develop leadership skills and create networks in ASEAN countries.

This fellowship allows participants to travel to the United States for 5-6 weeks to gain professional experience. During this time, fellows will be placed in U.S. organizations that match their professional background and interests. They will work alongside American counterparts, learning directly from U.S. workplaces and understanding the best practices in their field.

The program offers more than just professional placements. It also includes leadership training, cultural exchange activities, and the chance to build a network of peers across Southeast Asia and the United States. After the fellowship, participants will have the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned by developing and implementing a follow-on project in their home country.
