- Experience: Have less than 15 years of experience in the news media industry.
- Age Requirement: Be under the age of 45.
- Career Aspiration: Show a desire to become a top manager in a news media company(INMA)

The application process for the INMA Elevate Scholarship is straightforward:
- Apply Directly: Interested individuals who meet the eligibility criteria can apply directly through the INMA website by submitting their application form.
